Transactions made via unauthorized third parties may result in immediate suspension or termination of services without notice, and no refunds will be provided.
Initiating a chargeback or dispute (e.g., credit card or PayPal dispute) without first contacting us constitutes a breach of our terms.
If we receive a chargeback or dispute, your services and/or project will be immediately suspended without prior notice.
Please contact us directly to resolve any billing issues. Initiating a chargeback for a legitimate transaction is considered fraudulent and may result in legal action.
Refunds, if approved under exceptional circumstances, will be issued only through the original mode of payment and to the original payer. We do not issue refunds to alternative accounts or third parties.
We reserve the right to disable or terminate any account found to be in violation of our terms and conditions. Accounts terminated for policy violations will not be eligible for any refund.
